what does everyone think brockviile pd use?

Im just wanting to no what people think brockville police service is useing eather it be dvp,des,voice inversion,etc? I honestly think they use voice inversion cause they sound like donald duck or martians talking they are deffendently not using rolling inversion cause thares no clicking in the backround nore is it digital cause it dont sound like data being passed.they say they say they are encrypted but i honestly dont think they are cause u can hear thare voice perfectly just cant make out what they are saying or no who it is all it sounds like martians talking what does everine think it is ?

At the risk of sounding a bit snippy here, I believe your question has already been answered a number of times. If you haven't had any luck with the invert.exe program (since you said you believe that Brockville uses voice inversion) you'll have to find a scanner that does voice inversion itself or give up entirely.

ok budd dont be rude im asking people u dident have to reply to it loser and invert is a dumb software that dosent even work at all thats why im getting the ss70a descrambler
