In what context was the phrase heard? FRY, or FRIE, or something similiar, may be an acronym for some database a subject's criminal history can be found in. (It may very well be the French acronym since you're in Canada.)

This. Also heard is the phrase 'use universal precautions' in regards to someone who may also be flagged C Charlie for Contagious.

Anyone know what Aunt Molly's means? The EMS personnel are forever using this term, and am dying to know the meaning. I have googled, to no avail.
