Talkgroup Ignore:

If set to 'Yes', TGRP wildcards will not receive IDs (in the same system) that are assigned to disabled Scan Lists. If set to 'No', TGRP wildcards will receive IDs mapped to all disabled Scan Lists containing IDs for that system. Default is Yes.
