What does this mean? Title Activity and Actions

What does this mean?


Sometimes when an officer runs a plate, the dispatcher might say..
It's showing 'Title Activity'
I thought that that meant maybe the Title was recently transffered? (New Owner?)


and

When an officer runs a DL, the dispatcher might say, No Actions, 3 Convcitions, Negative 29
What's an Action?

No Idea what that could mean.

What's an Action?

They are refering to driver license actions by the state- such as suspensions or revocations (for such things as not maintaining liability insurance, not appearing on a ticket, not paying child support etc...)

Title activity may also mean what the KC ALERT computer says:

"Vehicle may have a more current registration or the plates may have been reissued to another vehicle."
