What does this mean?
Sometimes when an officer runs a plate, the dispatcher might say..
It's showing 'Title Activity'
I thought that that meant maybe the Title was recently transffered? (New Owner?)
and
When an officer runs a DL, the dispatcher might say, No Actions, 3 Convcitions, Negative 29
What's an Action?
No Idea what that could mean.
