DSDPlus What Does "Unhandled PDU" Mean?

Scrolling gobs of long numbers on a weak signal 859.1125. Version 2.345. Anyone know what this means?

Also perhaps a little off frequency. 293hz doesn't sounds like much but it could make a difference.

When I see 90 (Motorola) or A4 (M/A-COM / Harris), it screams proprietary message. 102.BBAD says that a B1-B2 value of 1 0 means "Manufacturer specific message" and those screen shots show 8 bit values that start with 1 0. If the rest of it (010110) is the MCO value, it's Motorola Phase II OSP #22. It would explain why DSD+ isn't decoding it.

Forgot to mention - the embedded "BEE00" strings also point to Motorola...

No, they are traffic channels of the Lakeland ASTRO 25 system. PDU = Packet Data Unit.
