I am on the LOCAL DEPARTMENT and help setup the meeting between the CITY and COUNTY sorry you do not understand how Tennessee is doing this. The city and county are not going to spend several millions of dollars and GIVE THE SITE AWAY. The STATE will not add the site as it works for THP MOBILES not local LAW AND FIRE sites are to far away no 100% portable coverage.

But I do understand. MSWIN was built out as a MOBILE system also. Was never meant for great portable coverage.
