This morning my feed was offline when I went on broadcastify i had no premiun=m account and couldn't get to my feed so I went thru the process to apply for the feed again, I'm lost I don't know what's going on could you explain?

You don’t need premium to start your feed. You need to go to your settings on the program. Stop, close, start program again.
Check email. If your feed was against the tos then you could have gotten shut off.

when i click on my broadcastify this is what i get
the only way i can get to my feed is through the manage link in my e mail and this is whats on there

https://www.broadcastify.com/manage/ go here and see what feed you have. If none are listed, then you won't be feeding anything until you reapply.
Feeds are only deleted after something like 21 days of no activity upload.

Anytime your feed goes down, all you have to do is make sure your feed wasn't deleted, then restart your feeding program.

Also, if your feed is offline for X amount of time (I believe 6 hours) you lose your premium status until it comes back online.

6 hours is correct.
When broadcastify sees the feed is offline, 6 hours past that and the premium goes away.
