What happened to the Fairhaven....

....receiver that seemed to have everything going for it. Got brilliant reviews and the specs sound excellent - 54,000 memories anyone? - but it's vanished off the face of the earth. There's one for sale in the UK used at £500 which seems a mite expensive.....

I have the same question about the Signal Communication air band receivers. They seem to have disappeared off the face of the earth, as well.

Yeah, thanks for the website - no mention of radio or anything. Perhaps they were just a small company and the radio man just went elsewhere - but where..... ?
