putin new freqs into 96 now screen is saying clone mode up to send when I remove cable reads all channels locked out and it won't do anything I'm freakin out please help please sorry about vauge post when uploading new freqs I hit table scanner fell over and power cord came out now I just lost everything I had spent hours programming nothing there blank sucks to be me my 15 year old 855xlt really is a good scanner so simple thanks

Assuming you are using WIN96...

When you first connect the cable the display does not change.

When you are in WIN96 and click on the Scanner menu you then click either upload or download. Then the display changes and says clone. It takes several seconds to do the download/upload. Then the screen returns to the usual display you had before you began programming.

I believe the system checks the transfer and defaults back if something failed.

Do not disconnect the cable until the process ends.
