maybe some one could explain this to me lets say someone had a bearcat bct15 and one day they got there hands on a "freckle remover" (which is a cosmetic surgery type device that has a single knob that is labeled power and what it does is it sends an electrical current to the probe that when it comes in contact with skin it creates a constant arc like a plasma ball globe toy and is used to cook the pigment out of a freckle ) and decided to insert probe into antennae of aforementioned scanner. instantly reception increased 40% picking up all kinds of stuff (Now this is where it gets confusing so they decided to turn it on while probe is connected in the antennae jack in the back all of a sudden now scanner starts picking up different types of transmissions. you could tell they were different by the sound quality sounded like xbox-360 in game communication ,no static extremely clear and the language was definitely not local law enforcement it was a little more relaxed.but very specific . now at this point they noticed their telephone system goes on the fritz stepping on all three fone lines and causing thirty buttons on the phone to malfunction and light up. the fone is powered completely off of phone line no power cord at all yet it basicly jammed all three fone lines and lit up every function button can any explain or help figure out who what and why ??? or any kind of input !!!! ive people who install digital communication systems civilian and military and both .if any could please respond with questions ill be glad to give more details.
