Can you listen any wireless conversation with this scanner? Cordless phone which we use in our house, airplanes, police etc.

It can do lots of things, yes you can listen to cordless phones (900mhz)
police (but no trunking)
planes
you can listen to two frequencies at the same time (dual scanning)
and if you buy the unblocked version you can listen to cell phones (analog cell phones are bound to go away).
This is some of the things the ic-r20 can do plus much more.....

2- Can i listen cellphones? Just analog ones or digital also ?
3- Can i do Space and Satellite Monitoring? If i cant how can i monitor them?

You don't really say what you do want to listen to! The R-20 is great receiver but it could be considered limited in terms of monitoring trunked radio systems, it will not receive digital. It is great for Aircraft both military and civilian, great for marine coms in the VHF range and with the right antenna and the right amount of patience- it is good on HF
It will receive most communications between the low end of the HF band to around 3300MHz, as long as they're analog. It will not receive any form of digital signals nor will it receive encryption (no scanner can receive encryption). As far as cellphones; it will not receive most of them. It would receive analog cellphones, but only if you had an unblocked (non USA) version of the radio, and only if there are any analog cellphones left in your area, which is not likely these days.

2- Can i listen cellphones? Just analog ones or digital also ? No digital for the most part. If you live out in the sticks someplace that has a cell tower close there may be a few analog phones left, but don't count on it.
3- Can i do Space and Satellite Monitoring? If i cant how can i monitor them? Yes and yes. For the best results an antenna with good gain will get you some of the birds, for the ISS you will only need a standard antenna and you will only hear them when you are in the "footprint" of their signal. Go to www.amsat.com for more info on both.

NO SCANNER can decode encrypted transmissions. For trunking and digital, you have the Radio Shack PRO-96, PRO-2096, and the Uniden BCD396T, BCD996T, and that's about it, unless you can find a Uniden BC785D, BC796D, or BC296D. Oh, and the Uniden BC250D, which I think is discontinued.
