What is a Q16 antenna connector?

Bought a new radio, Korea/China of course. Look at the directions and it says to use a Q16 connector. I went through years worth of adapters and said heck, I'll just try to get a PL-239 on there. Well nope. That didn't work.

So, I cant tell if SNA or N connectors are the equivilent. Help from the masses please?

I've never heard of a Q16 connector. I checked Pasternack, which usually has dang near everything, but not found. I suspect either a typo or something lost in translation. Pictures or a link to the radio would do us a ton of good.
