what is L/O in priority field in dsdplus ?

Hi there
May someone tell what id the line DSDPlus show that the frequency is displayed in dark blue and the priority field id showing L/O and only a target talkgroup displayed in green with no source radio id at all ?
Is there any place that describe all that DSDPlus show ?

I see this as well. However, it seems to only be a radio number and not a talk group. Does anyone have any info on this?

If it is a data call, what exactly is that and are they monitorable with DSDPlus?

I see options for private and data calls on CC and VC. I do not have either one locked out and I also check to see if I locked out any talkgroups or radios and it doesn't appear that I have.
