Does anyone know what the MOSCAD channel is used for in the DC Fire Dept system ( Washington, DC (Project 16) Trunking System, Washington, District of Columbia - Scanner Frequencies ) ?
Is there anything interesting going over it? It is just the status of repeaters or would it be interesting to try and decode? Are incident descriptions sent over this?
