You will need to look at the two pages and see which departments haven't switched over. I haven't made a close comparison because I just listen to the digital stuff. Hope this helps.
as of today i have heard 154.130 fd county wide 460.625 sterling hgts fd 460.325 clinton twp pd 423.550 clinton twp fd 423.125 universal ems almost all dpw
Sterling Heights is 460.675 and is ported to MPCS. There are quite a few departments in Oakland County still VHF conventional 155.00 range: Southfield fire; Beverly Hills and others. Maybe they are waiting to go 700 mh?

Sterling Hgts FD is 460.625, and only still using UHF for station alerting. Once an alternative way to alert is implimented, it'll be 800 MHz only.
Also, many volunteer depts w/pagers still use 154.130, tho most switch to 800 MHz after being toned out.
