TRX-1: what is the difference between 1 and 2 ?

big area around me is NXDN so I am going to get one of these scanners and wait for the update, I go to scannermaster and the TX-1 is $549.95 and the 2 is $629.95 what is the difference?

Many reasons, but basically because they folks will pay more. On a related note, why does a Cadillac cost much more than the equivalent Chevrolet that had 90+% of the same parts and comes off the exact same manufacturing line?
