What is the digital noise on Eden Prairie 46.58

Anyone know what is going on with Eden Praire's Pager Freq 46.58?

I am hearing didital noise about every 5 min. Lasts about 30 seconds or so.
Have they gone to digital paging on this freq.
I haven't heard any voice paging in a while.

The frequency is 46.48... not 58. They still page calls normally on this freq, units will swtich to assigned ground channel(s) when in service.

That explains it.
Don't know how I got the wrong freq in the scanner but that was the issue.

I talked to a EP Firefighter and he said no changes have been made to their pagers.
