what is the frequency 868.0375 for?

Ok. Stumbled on this frequency <868.0375 FB2> while searching the fcc database, The one near me is at a CHP office and there appears to be other sites with the same frequency. Appears to be a repeater, not OES , not National Interop. Licensed to the state, anyone know what it is being used for?

BTW I'm in Yuma Az a stones throw from the California state line

Transmitter is in Felicity 3-4 miles from me.

Another good reason for a Premium Subscription, you can search for frequencies in the DB and it would have shown you instantly what it's allocated to.

This.

I know people balk at paying a couple of bucks at pretty much everything these days, but the subscription to the database is what keeps me coming back to RR everyday. It helps me at work, it helps me as a hobbyist. Without the RR database, i would waste hundreds of hours going through the pages of the FCC ULS db everyday.

Sorry... didn't mean to sound like a commercial, but i did anyway. Get a paid subscription! I promise you it's worth it!
