My understanding is that Portland Fire/Police is on P25 but maintains an analog feed as well which is why I can still hear them. Clark County just went to full P25 so I'm no long able to hear them. Does anyone know if Portland plans to maintain the analog feed or do they plan to shut that down?

The analog patch is just temporary, to allow all the users time to upgrade their radios. It will eventually go away leaving a 100% digital system.
