What is the Next Uniden Handheld

Im purley speculating here by looking at currently available Uniden hardware, I was looking at the MYSTIC handheld marine radio with GPS and I own the 996T, it makes me wonder if the next high end Uniden handheld will incorperate GPS in the radio, they have all the technology spread out in their other products and it seems it can be done quite easily, anybody have an opinion on this??

I really don't see the need for GPS in scanners, but I suppose in the US it might be a useful idea.

I'd much prefer to have an audio recorder built in (see Icom R20) but using something like the Ogg vorbis codec (I think it's GPL'd). And also have some add-on storage, so you're not limited to whatever Uniden put into the radio.
