What does the "Special" category in Service Search cover?

Thanks...Seems to be somewhat of a duplication of the FRS/GMRS SS group.

yea it includes those too. i guess people wanted a more broad search range of some of the 40 channel (or so) motorola business radio variations (vhf/uhf) in the past. it can come up useful at times for finding some drive thru frequencies.

When I go to a mall or some event, and I don't know what they are using for a freq I well do a service search using speacial(SP) and I can 99% of the time find the freqs that they are using
