What is this I'm hearing on the Lojack freq?

That is exactly the same thing I am hearing in NJ. I thought it was a local transmitter problem. Its two tone paging with something else that I dont recognise after it.

That isn't two tone paging. It is an AFSK digital signal.
Sounds like they are sending mark and space tones then a sync or idle signal 00000000000000001111111111111111111110101010101010101010101
