What is this? Mystery site in Alexandria.

Just noticed these new structures and antennae on a neighboring building.

The building is one of the Watergate At Landmark hirises, between Edsall Road and 395, right off Yoakum parkway. Here is a satellite image, the site in question is centered. Any ideas?

I think the antennas are for contacting the late WATERGATE president!

The two vertical poles - anything from VHF-lo to 900 MHz - no way to tell from so far away.

Alexandria TRS is upgrading from a 2 site system to a 4 site system. This is one of the new sites.
