What is this signal on 145 kc USB?

I was tuning around longwave on my PL660 and received this signal on 156 kc USA. I pick it up 24 hours a day. Anybody know what this signal could be?

It sounds like something coming from a local piece of electronic equipment. Try walking around with the radio to locate it. The remote starter unit on my truck transmits a similar signal.
