I cannot get database to load for trunked systems in my area of PA

I try and use web import for Pro 96 and Pro 97, same thing.

Westmoreland County, Fayette County

When was the last time you downloaded a system?
Have you downloaded any newer version of the software?

The reason i ask is a couple months or so back, RR changed if import format or something, anyway i remember that everyone had to update the software to work with the newer format.
