What is this?

I get alot of these sounds during scanning.
Is it a type of trunking control chan?
Nothing comes up in unitrunker when i let it sit for a while.
So perhaps someone will know

Can you get a better sample? This one is a little on the low side as well and makes it hard to hear.

You know it could be an MPSCS tower your picking up since your so close to the border!! Mount Clemens is on 868.95 and Allendale uses 868.96250 for CCs

I figured it was a american p25 system. Wasnt sure thou.
I get alot of them sounding freq's so must be from teh usa around michigan or ohio
