What is up with Roseville feed?

It has been down for days, anyone know why? Is there some other platform for hearing it when it isn't available online? If I had a real scanner from Radio Shack or somewhere, would I be able to hear it? I was raised with a police scanner playing 24/7 in my home, my dad is now retired CHP. I learned all the codes etc from a young age. I often work alone at night at my local store, and get a lot of comfort from listening and knowing what and where the bad guys are doing when I am here!

I'm sad that I can no longer get Roseville too. Prior to re-banding, I hosted Roseville police and fire for the live audio, but neither of my scanners are compatible after the re-band process. I'm trying to find some work-arounds that are less expensive than a newer scanner, but it is hard to justify; I bought both of my scanners before I was married and now justification is a little trickier. I just purchased a new Kenwood VHF TK-7360 by justifying I could use it for search & rescue (I'm a member of the Communications Unit of the Placer County Sheriff's Search and Rescue Team).
