W4NYK is the Blue Ridge Amatuer Radio club's callsign just as N4AW is the Anderson Amatuer Radio Club's callsign. The frequency is listed as Skywarn because in the event of severe weather, one of the club members will go to the NWS office at the Greenville-Spartanburg airport and take spotter reports. To be a part of the nets, you will need a technician class radio license and a two meter radio/antenna. The Blue Ridge Club used to give the tests at the American Red Cross Building on Grove Road every two months. Try the website arrl.com for more info and sample tests.
