Looks like an antenna for real low bands, like CB, HAM, etc.

I'd tell the guy you normally charge to carry-off junk, but you'll make a special exception in his case.

Then you might get a good antenna for nothing! :)

spacing seems very close and elements seem very small for a CB antenna

Please correct me if I'm wrong 'cause Im pulling this out of my '70s CB vague memory bank...they had 2, 4 and 6 box-element base antennas...weren't they made by Avanti and called "Astro-Beam"? I ran your basic 1/2 wave omni on mine.

The Astro Beam was a three element vertical yagi.
