What kind of signal is this?

Hi guys,
please help me to identify this signal.
It is some kind of data that's periodically sent over an analog repeater on VHF band.
Unfortunately I could not find a match on the Signal Identification Wiki.
I am sending a screenshot of the waterfall and also a >> short recording

Sounds like AX25 SCADA being listened to in the wrong mode

Looks like some kind of paging system. Audio is somewhat close to what Artemis has for AFSK Paging Link. These paging link systems vary. 1722249261050.png

I did a quick Google search for CompuLert decoders and came up with zilch, known decoding resources are usually linked on their applicable sigidwiki page. Not sure what sort of usable info you'd be able to obtain from it anyway. As long as the sirens understand what it means :ROFLMAO:

Oh I am not from the US :cool: ... I think that in country it' is weather or river level reports, something like that.
In any case it would be interesting to decode it
