What kind?

Hey guys i need to know what kind of scanner is the best. I am looking at the new radio shack scanner or the uniden police scanner. I do not need a digital scanner my sheriff and ems depts are still anlog. But i need a new one bad. I am as of now using a radioshack pro 70 and it is about 10 years old. I just felt it was time to upgrade!
