What Part?

I have a quick question. I work for NAPA, here in Kansas City. In our vehicles (as well as our store) we have an IG (FCC Database lists it under service -- the call is WPVV748) Radio. I was wondering what FCC Parts it is listed under. Being an Amateur Radio operator, for the most part I tend to keep to "Part 97" as my guidelines. I was wondering, however, what are the "rules" that govern that part? Is it Part 90, 95, or is there another that states the rules for licensed business pool radios? I already have "trained" (or at least tired) to teach them some of the things not to do, like cussing, and treating it like a CB <groan>.

That service and those frequencies are regulated under the Part 90 rules.

If you look up the license at http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSearch/searchAdvanced.jsp

You will see a line that says:
Eligibility
90.35a1 - Applicant is in the business of auto parts distribution center. Radios will be used to coordinate personnel and activities

Part 95 is the "Personal Radio Services" which includes Citizens Band, MURS, GMRS, FRS and a few others.

Funny, I never caught that part in there. So I guess it is part 90 (I did not really think it was 95, but was not sure). Thanks.
