It's for sure not an XTS2500 and definitely not a Motorola product. Looks to be the basic non-display version of the E.F. Johnson 5100 series which the US military is using in large numbers.

You guys are absolutely correct!! I didn't look close enough and thought it was a XTS in a case and I should know better. Its a PRC-127 I think the non screen model is called CLMR Combat Land mobile radio

But isn't intra squad in the 220mhz or something like that?...i couldnt tell the model of the radio, i got an email from the national guard news letter and that pic was in the email, i like the body of that radio

It's in the 380 range
