What radio is this?

Anyone knows what kind of radio this Motorola is?
Each end of transmission ends in some sort of data burst noise.

Looks like a CM200D. MOTOtrbo. I have 5 just like it.

What type of antenna connection is on that radio. We have one at work connected to a very nice antenna. I wanted to get a pig tail from the antenna to bnc and try that antenna on my scanner

Mini-UHF, this connector is on most Motorola mobiles.

Actually if you are hearing the MDC ID then they are using analog. In DMR the PTT-ID is integrated into the voice packets and there is no separate data-burst.
