Um, the XTL line will handle phase I quite nicely.

And to the OP: to the best of my knowledge, no land mobile radio handles CDMA (code division multiple access, used in telephony). Did you mean either FDMA (frequency division multiple access) otherwise known as phase I and/or TDMA (time division multiple access) otherwise known as phase II?

There is an APX model that supports LTE in 700, but not CDMA.
