In addition to the Uniden 996/396-

The Radio Shack Pro-96 (handheld)
The Radio Shack 2096 (mobile/base)

Uniden 796 (base/mobile)

NOT in Alaska, damnit!
I'm sure I'll be corrected if I'm wrong, but Radio Shack dosen't make a scanner that can receive 700Mhz frequencies. This leaves large chunks of the DTRS un-monitorable (is that a word?) especially in the metro area and out east when using Radio Shack products...

At last word, Radio Shack dosen't even have a design on the drawing board for 700Mhz...

As of right now they do not market one that will follow 700MHz trunking

No. You can monitor everything with a Pro-96 or 2096 from a 800MHz. site

GRE, who manufactures most of the Radio Shack brand radios will (should) have their new line out next month. It has been on the drawing board for some time.
