What system is Boston Heights on?

I was talking with my boston heights police officer friend he told me when they get dispatched it is by Richfield are they on the analog Richfield system or the summit digital system?

For the complete list:
Boston Heights FD has been disbanded. They are now part of Valley JFD. Apparatus out of the former Boston Heights station is still numbered 25xx.
Boston Heights PD is now dispatched by Richfield on the Penninsula PD talkgroup.
Boston Heights Service department may be found on 42160. Several members of this forum are still confirming.

42160 - based on radio traffic this weekend .. I would say it is Boston Hts Service Dept for sure .. Streets mentioned were all in BH .. Trucks were plowing / salting
