What system is Hope Mills PD using?

What system is Hope Mills PD using? They have frequencies for Viper and the Fayetteville Durham P25 system. I programed the Fay Durham system and I'm not hearing anything. So I'm guessing it must be Viper.

I have one more question. There are three sites for viper. I have the TWC site programed as its the closest to me. Do I need the other two sites. Thanks.
