What system is this for Faulkner County?

Today I was browsing through new FCC listings for counties in Arkansas, and I came across this new system authorized in December 2016 for Faulkner County:

Look at the emission modes and class... is this going to be a new analog trunked system? It is licensed to the Faulkner County Sheriff's Department.

Also rare for new ltr. Most are converting to DMR.

I find that it's always a good idea to scan though new FCC grants every six months or so. For counties of interest to me, I go to the county's RR data page, then I click on 'FCC Licenses', then I select 'Display Last 100 FCC Grants in XXXXX County'. Just today I found several unexpected surprises for Independence County and Van Buren County, too. I've plugged them into the scanner and I'm waiting for activity...
