What systems make up the state APCO-25 system?

This what I have figured out so far.

1. The state of Colorado system.

2. The old Arapahoe system WPFH510, and why is the control channel for Englewood (aka Chevron Bldg, Fiddlers Green) 868.8375 not licensed there? The license is for Deertrail or Littleton. What is the control for Byers? Does the (State WPTN359) and (Arapahoe county WPFH510) share the Benett site with one control channel? and now I see that (Jefferson WPMI204) and (Arapahoe WQCZ740) have the same control channel 868.8750 Somkey Hill licensed to both.

3. Douglas County WPLW647 Shares sites with the State and Jefferson county for example Westcreek (Douglas county WPLW647), (Jefferson county WPMI204) and (State WPPU345) the Jefferson control channel is active now 868.9375 why so many sites at this one location? and the Riley Peak location (Douglas County WPLW647) and (Jefferson County WPMI204) the 868.9125 (Douglas County WPLW647) is the active control channel.'

4. The Jefferson County system WPMI204.

5. Weld County WPRZ902.

6.Northern Colorado Public Safety Communications Authority WPOY442, WPSM706 and WPXC683

7. City La Junta WQCD531.

The bottom line is that they all make up the State's APCO-25 system. Regardless of who the different sites are licensed to, they are still all part of the state's system. I know someone from the Grand Junction area that has monitored Adams County Sheriff's Department, just depending on how the towers are linked together at the time. Each agency on the system has it's own unique talkgroup number which gives them the ability to use different sites depending on whichever one they are closer to. A good example of this is that I have heard Thornton PD on a site in Aurora (with one scanner) and the Thorodin Mtn. site (on a second scanner) transmitting at the same time (simulcast). The reason for this is that at least one of their units was associating with the Aurora site and the other units were associating with Thorodin, so the signal was simulcast over the two different sites allowing all the units to hear it.
