They lease the aircraft. Some of their other jets are plain and non-descript.

The AWACS does alot of touch and goes at Will Rogers so does the T-38's, B-1's and F-16's just to name a few suprised you didn't see no C-130's airbourne doing touch and goes or coming in to the air guard area
