it looks like I'll have to settle for a TNC female to SMA male and use another adapter from SMA to RF.
Assuming that's it, here is a male F to female TNC or maybe you meant male BNC to female TNC.Not sure what you are saying here. RF is an acronym for Radio Frequency. In general terms, these are all "RF" adapters.
