I've heard action on-
823.7000
822.9375
815.9375

I looked up the 815.9375 one on the FCC's website and it is part of a trunked system that has 67 freqs on it. I know it's a MA public safety system, but can't find any information about it such as what the control frequencies are, what agencies are on it, etc, etc.

Same goes for 823.7000 and 822.9375. They are on the same system, with 10 other frequencies. Don't know what system this is either.

Both are public safety.

Here is the FCC's info on the 67 frequency system-

ULS License - Public Safety/Spec Emerg, 806-821/851-866 MHz, Trunked License - WPPZ275 - MASSACHUSETTS, COMMONWEALTH OF - Frequencies Summary

And the smaller one-

ULS License - Public Safety Ntl Plan, 821-824/866-869 MHz, Trunked License - WPYH902 - BOSTON, CITY OF - Frequencies Summary

I'm fairly new to trunking so if either are obvious, take it easy on me please ; )

Those are inputs to the trunk system. Add 45 mhz to them for the trunk repeater freqs.

823.7000
+ 45.0000
-------------------
= 868.7000 output freq. This may help you in your search

Well, the licenses says it all.

Massachusetts State Police, however unless your out in Franklin, Berkshire or Hampshire county, you won't hear them.

FCC Licenses won't tell you the Control Channel, that only comes from
Scannists who have reported it to the RR DB.

Mass State TRS

When looking at the FCC Data, don't worry about the frequencies below 850 Mhz

For the hell of it, I tried manually programming these into my scanner again the other day. I have the MSP system in bank 5, Boston City Services system in bank 3, and City of Cambridge system in bank 7, all successfully programmed into my scanner. When I tried to manually re-enter these three frequencies on an empty bank, one came up as being the same as a frequency in bank 5 (MSP), and another came up as being a frequency already stored in bank 3 (BCS). The third one wasn't stored anywhere at all on my scanner previously. The reason I ask is my wife used to do a radio check for her work once a week, and those were the frequencies that came up on my scanner that I heard her on when I did Signal Stalker (someone else has taken on this duty since for her) When asked, she said it was an 800 Mhz system but not the same as the state police system. Strange...

Who does the Wife work for?? The Power Co ?
National Grid has an 800 TRS which also the MSP use
the same frequencies in Central/Western Mass.
