What type of scanner to get?

Hi, my name is Brian and i live in Georgetown, DE. I used to be into this scene when i was in highschool, now i am 33 and i am looking to get back into it. It seems though a lot has changed. My mother in law gave he a scanner she had, its a pro-2030 and i entered the sussex co freq i found on this site and i am not getting much. I did some research and it appears that you have to use a trunking radio. I only want to get georgetown and millsboro pd and fd and state police. what would be a good decent radio to use? I dont want to spend a lot of money. If anyone has one to sell at a decent price or know of a good place to look for one, please let me know. you can email me @ briangde@gmail.com

You will only get the analog freqs. on that radio, however you can get fire and EMS. Look up under Sussex co. and convential on RR Sussex County, Delaware (DE) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference I think you will find what can help.
