What was I hearing on 263 MHz

Folks,
I am new here and hope this post is ok

Trying to listen for pirates on the old Fleetsat frequencies. I found a bunch of digital frequencies too strong to be Satellite I think.
Can someone please take a look and see if any of them look familiar.

I would appreciate it. I made a video to document this.

Your gain is definitely too high. Most are not signals on this band. You need to look for what frequencies they are really on rather than waste time looking on the frequencies they are not really on.
