Ok so I've been hanging around here a bit and I like the website. I refer all my customers here as THE place to get information and frequencies.

So I'm thinking of making a small donation. Yes I work at Radio Shack so don't expect any big bucks.

So what is each $ worth? Not as in each dollar donated but each "$" sign under your name?

Many thanks to all who help support this site!

$ = 5
$$ > 25
$$$ > 50

(for the most part, there are some exceptions)

with apologies....

i just found my nbotebook from the late 80's with all my freqs listed--essentially the eastern two-thirds of kentucky. what amounts to about six years of research frequently by literally parking near towers and doing searches on an old radio shack scanner....or watching someone talk into a mic and trying to find their number before they finished...to all who made this site possible: when the wife gives me extra allowance i will contribute more...

Even with currency conversion from Canadian to American, it's worth every penny !

Yep it is worth every penny,.. I gave cash, and a hard time,.. thanks for putting up with me and making me an admin,.. and letting me grow from just a scanner nut to a truly informed, and Pro-Am scanner nut,... (I guess you can claim Pro-Am status if you at one point were paid to use a scanner????)

Once you give the donation how long does it take to go through? I donated just over 24 hrs ago so maybe I havent waited long enough yet...then again, for all I know LB has to do it all manually as opposed to an automated system. If thats the case then there is certainly no rush.

I believe Lindsay has to do the update to your user account himself. As I recall, it took a couple of days when I donated. I'm sure he'll get to it as soon as he has time. A pretty trustworthy fellow, Lindsay is. A bit misguided, politically, but other than that he's OK (for a Texan, that is). :wink:

I don't have pay-pal (whatever that is) I don't have credit cards, just plain old cash, (I'm stuck in the stone age) and I would love to donate, this site has been VERY informative, how can I send cash? and to where?

I gave 25$ to this great site. My $$ appeared instantly. Using a credit card. Thank you Mr. Blanton. :lol:
