While flying north from Seattle I picked up NXDN48 system L325: Site 7 on 863.65625 and Site 10 on 863.38125 MHz. These frequencies match Whatcom Transportation Authority license WNAR349 with sites around Bellingham and Mount Vernon. Can anyone in that area check these frequencies and look for other sites to confirm this and flesh out the L325 system?
