What's going on with NYSEG ???

Been listening all day and haven't heard one dispatch........and it got very windy today. Highly unusual! Listening with HP-1, 996T and a PSR-800 with P25 Phase 2. I'm seeing reception on the control channels, but no comms. Anyone else hearing them, especially in the Hudson Valley?? Anyone privy to what's happened to them?

No change whatever in what I'm hearing either yesterday or today. I normally hear Middletown, Liberty, Hancock, and Vestal.

Things appear back to normal today. I usually hear the Westchester & Brewster sites. I was concerned that they were encrypted, but didn't see ENC come up on the HP-1 or 396XT.
