Most of the precincts are down on broadcastify. Why

Live audio feeds are hosted by volunteers. Perhaps the same person hosts multiple NYPD feeds, and is experiencing an issue that prevents broadcasting. It happens.

I checked some of the feeds and they all say "Status: Feed temporarily down due to Windows PC Issue" if you read what it says on the page for each feed. They are probably all from the same feed provider.

Only the feed provider knows - we don’t know what’s wrong with their computer.

I see those updates sitting here waiting on my machine... good thing I haven't rebooted in a bit.

I installed them and several of my buddies have also without any issues. You can delay updates now if you choose to do so. It's in the settings.

Updates applied to four different makes of Win 10 computers with no problems related to any radio or hot spot useage.

and today the 20H2 update just came out, so update again.

It appears the precints that were not working have been taking off the site.

Hopefully this is the first step to bringing them back

Feeds are automatically deactivated after down for 14 days so it has no connection to if or when the provider will resume the feed.

i really hope he will bring most of the precincts. back i love to listen to esu and then tune in to whichever precinct has a 10-13 or a 34.
